Ⅴ、Working theory
With the direct current brushless motor drive, speed and time digital display, it is in simple construction, it is reliable and convenient in operation, make sure centrifugal tubes are in the same level in your eyes before centrifugation. It is Unnecessary to weigh the liquid. The reliable electrical lock assures you safe operation.
Ⅵ、open the package
You should check whether the package is in good condition when you receive the product, if so, open the package, take out the operation manual, check the body and accessories according to the manual, make sure they are in full set, if you found some damages happened to the machine or something missing, please contact us directly.
Ⅶ、fix
Put the centrifuge on the working table, make sure it is stable, let the four rubber pads on the bottom of the machine touch the table completely, and then insert the plug into the socket, one socket is on the right bottom of the centrifuge, the other socket is the power socket. Make sure the power socket connect with the earth, in case of accident.
Ⅷ、operation
1 See whether the circular nut is loose, if so, tighten it, and then put the rubber pad into the centrifugal tube frame.
2 Add sample liquids into the tubes, figure they are on the same level.
3 Put the centrifugal tubes into the rotor, the tubes must be even in the quantity. Or the machine will vibrate severely, because of imbalance.
4 Close the cover, make sure it is locked.
5 set parameters
Speed and time are all showing on the window of the machine, switches and press button as the following diagram.

（1）set speed
     Press button “speed up”，the speed will up from 0r/min to 4000r/min,
Press button “speed down”，the speed will down, set the speed you want , after finished, the digital tube will flashes 3 times, the speed you set will be memorized automatically.
（2）set time
      Press button “time up” the time will up from 0 minute to 99minute；
Press button “time down” the time will down, set the time you want, after finished, the digital tube will flashes 3 times, the time you set will be memorized automatically.
7 START
   Press button “start” ， “starting lamp” will be on，centrifuge starts to work， “speed showing window” will show the speed, “time showing window” will show the countdown time，it will up to the speed you set in 2 minutes , when the centrifuge is in operation, press the button “relative centrifugal force” the relative centrifugal force will be showing transferable, 10 minutes later ,it will show the speed again.
8 STOP
     When the countdown time till 0 press button “stop”, the stop lamp will be on, the speed will decelerate, when the speed is 0r/min, The buzzer will sounds 6 times; it means the centrifuge has stopped.
9 Open the cover
Press the button “open”, the lock is unlocked with a bang, push the cover, the air spring will help you open the cover, take out the centrifugal tubes, finish centrifugalize. For your safe considering, in the process of centrifugation, even you press the button “open”, the cover won’t open, only when the speed is 0, and the buzzer sounds six times, you press the button “open”, the cover will open.
10 SHUT DOWN
     When centrifugalize finished, press the button ” stop”, if the machine will be in leisure for a long time, you should take out the plug, let the machine cut out.
Ⅸ SAFE PROTECTION
   1、 over speed protection
   For safe operating, when the actual speed is 500r/min faster than the max speed, the centrifuge will stop automatically. speed showing window will show E-3.
   2、imbalance protection
   In the process of centrifugalize, The liquids in the tubes are in severely different level will result imbalance, when the vibration is over the preset standard, the centrifuge will stop automatically.” speed showing window” will show E-2.
   3、opened cover protection
   When the cover or the lock isn’t locked well, press the button” start”, the centrifuge won’t work, the” speed showing window” show E-1
   4、protecting the liquid when the centrifuge is off electricity
   When the centrifuge is off electricity for unforeseen reason, the centrifuge stopped, the button ”open the cover” won’t work, for protecting the fluid, the centrifuge with a bottom-ring, pull the bottom-ring, the lock and the cover will open automatically, then you can take the tubes out.
   5、For protecting the worker, in the process of the centrifuge operation, open the cover is forbidden, when the speed is over 100r/min, the cover will be off electricity automatically, even the worker press the “open the cover” button by mistake, it won’t open. But the following operation is forbidden:
（1）When the speed is over 100r/min, you are forbidden to pull the bottom-ring, or accident will be happened
（2）You are forbidden to cut out the electricity and then plug in again artificially, the centrifuge will regards the speed is 0r/min, so the cover can be opened, the accident will be happened.
6、Refresh the centrifugal tubes, you are forbidden to use the broken tubes.
7、The cover of the tube has the function of preventing the splashing and overflowing of the liquids. In centrifugalize the poisonous masses, you can’t only depend on the cover of the tube, in opening the cover of the machine or cleaning the centrifugal cavity, you must care for the overflowed poisonous.
8、When some damages happened to the rotor, you can only move the centrifuge 30cm, make sure there are no dangerous items around the centrifuge within 30cm.
9、The worker is forbidden to lean on the centrifuge, when it is in operation.
10、When some thing wrong happens to the centrifuge, the non-professional technician is forbidden to repair it. You can ask the professional technician to repair it or send it back to us for repairing. In the process of repairing, the centrifuge must be cut out; you should take out the plug from the power socket. Or accident will be happened.
Ⅹ troubleshooting
     Press the button “start”, if the “starting lamp” won’t light, first you should check the socket in the right bottom of the machine, see whether the socket has fused, if so, replacing it with a 5A fuse. If not, second you should remove the screw right down the front board, take out the front board, checking whether the pin in the switch is loose. If so, you should tighten the pin. Third maybe the switch is broken, if so, you can replace it. If the machine doesn’t have the above mentioned problems, you can not repair it, you can contact us for help.
