Daily Operation and Maintenance Guide for Yingtai Centrifuges

As a key separation equipment in laboratories and industrial production, the stable operation of centrifuges directly affects the accuracy of experimental data and production efficiency. Correct operation and regular maintenance are the core links to extend the service life of the equipment and reduce the risk of failures.

Before operation, it is necessary to check whether the centrifuge rotor has cracks, corrosion and other damages, and confirm that the rotor model matches the speed requirements. When loading samples, ensure that the samples are evenly distributed to avoid severe vibration of the equipment due to unbalanced weight. If the total sample amount is insufficient, make up with balance liquid of the same weight, and the balance error should be controlled within 0.1 gram. When starting the equipment, the speed should be increased gradually; it is forbidden to adjust to the maximum speed at one time, and leave the operation post only after the speed is stable. During operation, if abnormal noise, vibration or sudden temperature rise is found, press the emergency stop button immediately, and check the fault after the equipment is completely stopped.

In terms of daily maintenance, the rotor and cavity should be cleaned in time after each use, and the residual samples should be wiped with neutral detergent to avoid the adhesion of corrosive substances. Check the door lock tightness and shock absorption components once a week. If the sealing strip is aging or the shock absorption pad is deformed, replace them in time. Add special lubricating oil to the motor bearing every month, and calibrate the speed and temperature sensors to ensure accurate parameter display. When not in use for a long time, take out the rotor and store it separately, and place a desiccant inside the cavity to prevent parts from rusting in a humid environment.

Following the scientific operation process and maintenance plan can not only keep the centrifuge in the best working condition, but also effectively reduce maintenance costs and provide a reliable guarantee for production and experimental work.
