How to Troubleshoot Issues with Yingtai Laboratory Centrifuges During Use

Yingtai laboratory centrifuges primarily utilize the powerful centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor to rapidly sediment particles in liquids, thereby separating substances with different sedimentation coefficients and buoyant densities within the sample. They play a crucial role in fields such as pharmaceuticals and biomedicine.

If issues arise with the laboratory centrifuge, how can we troubleshoot them ourselves? Firstly, remind users that when repairing the centrifuge, they must ensure that the power switch is turned off and the centrifuge is disconnected from the main power supply. Otherwise, opening the device casing might expose components that are live or pose a risk of personal injury. When it is necessary to open the casing for internal maintenance, the operator must have professional training to avoid damaging the equipment or causing personal safety incidents.

The following are simple troubleshooting steps for safety protection faults in laboratory centrifuges:

1. Imbalance: Check if the weight of the samples in the centrifuge is within the error range, and check if the imbalance socket on the control board is loose, etc.

2. Overspeed: Check if the speed sensor socket on the control board is loose or if the speed sensor is malfunctioning.

3. Overheating: Check if the compressor is working properly, if the temperature sensor socket on the control board is loose or if the temperature sensor is damaged, and if the temperature control solenoid valve socket is loose or if the corresponding solenoid valve is faulty.

4. Door Open: Confirm that the door of the equipment is closed, check if the socket on the control board is loose or if the door detection switch is damaged.

These checks can better help users accurately identify faults and conduct daily maintenance on the laboratory centrifuge, thereby extending its service life. If users are unable to identify the abnormality
