Precautions for Using Yingtai Autoclave

When using a vertical pressure steam sterilizer, the following points must be noted:

1. Ensure the pressure gauge reads zero and that there is no pressure in the chamber before opening the lid.

2. When stacking sterilization items, do not block the safety valve and exhaust valve outlets. Leave space to ensure airflow; otherwise, blockage may prevent proper function and could lead to explosions.

3. Use purified distilled water; do not add untreated tap water to avoid scaling that can clog pipes and affect heating elements.

4. When sterilizing liquids, use heat-resistant glass bottles or unsealed metal containers, filling them no more than 3/4 full, and sealing the openings with breathable materials, avoiding unvented rubber or cork stoppers.

5. Do not mix different types or sterilization requirements of items, such as separating dressings from liquids, to prevent loss.

6. After sterilization, wait for the pressure gauge to return to zero before releasing residual steam, and ensure there is no pressure before opening the lid and disconnecting the power.

7. Keep the equipment clean and dry to extend its lifespan; replace rubber seals regularly.

8. Any equipment malfunctions should be repaired or parts replaced by professionals; users should not alter the internal structure.

9. If the product fails to operate correctly within 12 months of first use, and the user has followed the instructions, the manufacturer will provide free repairs or replacements.

10. The external power supply for the sterilizer should have a circuit breaker with a capacity greater than 32A.

11. Preferably use distilled water to prevent scaling.

12. Clean the sterilizer weekly and replace the heating water.

13. Do not place unpackaged granular, filamentous, or expansion-prone items in the sterilizer to avoid clogging safety vents, which could lead to malfunctions and accidents.
