FD technology, short for freeze-drying technology, removes moisture from materials by directly sublimating it from a solid to a gaseous state in a low-temperature, vacuum environment. Fresh fruits are carefully selected, washed, and sliced before being placed into the freeze dryer. The machine rapidly freezes the fruits to below -40°C, forming solid ice crystals. Under vacuum conditions, these ice crystals sublimate directly into water vapor, which is then captured by the condensation system. This process preserves the original color, aroma, and nutritional content of the fruits, avoiding the nutrient loss, flavor alteration, and color deterioration often caused by high-temperature drying methods.
