Yingtai:Calibration Conditions And Methods For Medical Centrifuges

I. Calibration Conditions

1. Environmental Conditions

  - Temperature: (10 to 40)℃.

  - Relative Humidity: (30 to 85)%.

  - Voltage Variation Range: ±10% of the rated voltage.

  - The environment around the centrifuge should be free from corrosive gases or liquids, strong electromagnetic interference, and vibration disturbances.

2. Calibration Instruments

  - Digital Tachometer: Measurement range from (0 to 99999) rpm.

  - Electronic Stopwatch: Measurement range from (0 to 3600) s.

  - Sound Level Meter: Measurement range from (40 to 100) dB(A).

II. Calibration Items and Methods

1. The centrifuge should have a nameplate indicating the model, specifications, manufacturer, measurement instrument license mark and number, factory number, and date of manufacture.

2. The centrifuge's control and measurement display components should be complete and functional. All connectors should be securely connected; switches, knobs, and buttons should function normally and operate smoothly with clear and complete text or symbols. The display should have clear and complete characters.

3. Start the centrifuge and measure the time required for the rotor to accelerate from 0 to the maximum speed. This is the acceleration time. When the rotor reaches the maximum speed and maintains stable speed, press the stop button and measure the time required for the rotor to decelerate from maximum speed to 0. This is the deceleration time.
