Yingtai Freeze dryer failure and maintenance method of the whole book
Vacuum freeze drying technology is a comprehensive technology combining vacuum, freezing and drying, which is now widely used in the production of food, drugs, biological products and other fields. The water-containing drugs to be dried are frozen into solid state, and the drying purpose is achieved by sublimation of the solvent under low-temperature vacuum condition. Compared with other drying methods, it has the advantage of good thermal stability, especially suitable for heat-sensitive drugs. It can avoid the heat decomposition and deterioration of drugs, with good appearance, good re-solubility and less chance of contamination.
Freeze dryer in the daily use of the process, the following problems may occur:
1. There is no display on the panel of the lyophilizer and the indicator light is not on?
Check whether the power supply is normal, there is no voltage input. Whether the wire connection is off, check and repair. Check whether there is voltage input to the control board, if there is voltage input to the control panel lights are still not lit, then it proves that the board is faulty and needs to be replaced. If there is no voltage input, then you need to check the external power supply.
2. Power indicator is on, but press start the machine can not run?
Press start to see whether the panel running light is bright, running light, then, to prove that the control system is not a problem, you need to check the compressor terminals, there is no voltage input; if there is voltage but the compressor can not run then prove that the compressor failure. (Note: small compressor junction box has a thermal protector, thermal protector normal operation should be connected, so in the measurement of the compressor voltage should be measured before the thermal protector is normal.) If there is no voltage input then you need to check, capacitors and contactors in the wire box inside the machine.
3. Refrigerant high and low pressure are within the normal range, but the effect is not good?
Refrigeration system components are slightly clogged, need to replace the filter drier;
Evaporator leakage;
Refrigeration system chronic leakage, refrigeration capacity is not enough;
External influences, high intake temperature, intake air flow rate, more than the rated capacity;
Refrigeration system is too little liquid refrigerant.
4. The sound of compressor is loud and vibration is big when the machine is running?
Compressor foot bolt is loose. Uniformly stress the fixing bolts of the compressor foot or remove the fixing bolts in the foot and then evenly stress them again (removing the fixing bolts is for small equipment).
5. Air-cooled freeze dryer condenser fan has not been running?
Refrigerant high pressure does not reach the working pressure (refrigerant high pressure to 1.6MPa fan operation);
Pressure switch failure;
Fan motor burnt out, or no voltage input to the motor, need to check the electrical wiring.
6. The lyophilizer is running normally, but there is still water in the air end?
Lyophilizer automatic drainer is not regularly drained;
Air flow is too large, the customer air volume suddenly increased;
Lyophilizer after the pipeline error, there are too many U-type bends;
Lyophilizer is not configured with precision filters or cartridge failure;
Water in the storage tank for a long time not discharged;
Pre-cooler, heat exchanger rupture of the copper tubes;
By-pass pipeline leakage;
Aging of the compressor.
7. The freeze dryer can not start?
Press the AC contactor, if you can not start, there will be three possibilities: (1), circuit board failure - the circuit board of the penultimate and third short, if the short can be started, that is, the circuit board failure; (2), thermal protector overload protection; (3), compressor failure;
8. Freeze dryer does not cool?
Compressor failure (touch the outer wall of the air pipeline will feel no temperature difference or a small temperature difference, open the box plate touch the compressor inlet and outlet, the high-pressure tube will be warm, low-pressure tube will be cold, the compressor does not run, or high and low-pressure table is the same reading);
Leakage of fluorine (if high and low-pressure table are zero, leakage checking leakage will be good. If the high pressure is very high, low pressure is very low, indicating that the filter drier plug. If the freon drain, see if there is pressure, if there is pressure, indicating that the evaporator leakage).
