The solid beverage freeze-dried powder solution utilizes a freeze-drying machine to convert liquid beverages into solid powder through low-temperature freezing and vacuum sublimation, preserving the original nutritional components and flavor substances.  

First, the prepared beverage slurry is deeply frozen at temperatures below -40°C to form solid ice crystals. It is then subjected to segmented heating in a vacuum environment of 10-30 Pa, causing the ice crystals to directly sublimate into water vapor, which is captured by a condenser, resulting in a porous freeze-dried powder with minimal moisture content. The entire process is divided into three stages: pre-freezing, primary drying (sublimation), and secondary drying (desorption). Precise control of parameters such as pre-freezing rate, sublimation temperature, and vacuum degree is required to prevent product collapse or loss of components.

 

The core advantage of freeze-dried solid beverages lies in their ability to maximally preserve the active ingredients and sensory qualities of the raw materials. Compared to thermal drying methods like spray drying, the low-temperature process avoids the degradation of heat-sensitive substances such as polyphenols and vitamins. The microporous structure enables instant rehydration, allowing the beverage to quickly restore its original flavor when reconstituted.
