Yingtai: Operation Steps After Sterilization Completion

Cut off the power supply: After the sterilization process is completed, the power or heat source should be turned off to allow the pressure inside the pot to decrease naturally. This is to ensure a slow reduction in temperature and pressure inside the pot, preventing sudden cooling that could cause a sudden drop in pressure, thereby protecting the sterilized items from damage. Natural pressure reduction: After the sterilization process is completed, first cut off the power or heat source to allow the pressure inside the pot to decrease naturally. This is to ensure a slow reduction in temperature and pressure inside the pot, preventing sudden cooling that could cause a sudden drop in pressure, thereby protecting the sterilized items from damage. Exhaust to reduce pressure: After the pressure gauge indicates that the pressure has dropped to zero, slowly open the exhaust valve to release the remaining steam inside the pot. This step should be performed only after the pressure is completely released to avoid accidents due to incomplete pressure release. Monitor the pressure: Throughout the cooling process, closely monitor the pressure gauge to ensure that the pressure inside the pot has been completely released to atmospheric pressure before proceeding to the next step. Wait to remove items: After exhausting the remaining steam, wait for the temperature inside the pot to drop to a safe range (usually around 30°C) before opening the lid to remove items. During the cooling process, the lid should remain locked until the pressure is completely released.
