The ten main components of a high-frequency heat sealing machine are:
1. Electron Tube: The electron tube acts as a high-speed switch, enabling the inductor and capacitor on the high-frequency circuit to charge and discharge, achieving oscillation.
2. Oscillation Chamber (Oscillation Barrel): The oscillation chamber is the core of the high-frequency machine. It consists of an inductor and a capacitor, made from processed aluminum plates. The oscillator is a coaxial oscillator.
3. Grid Resistor: The grid resistor is composed of one or several high-power resistors, providing a bias voltage to the electron tube.
4. Filament Transformer: The filament transformer converts 220V or 380V voltage into the voltage required by the electron tube filament (e.g., converting 380V to 6.3V).
5. High-Voltage Transformer: The high-voltage transformer converts 220V or 380V voltage into the voltage required by the electron tube anode (e.g., converting 380V to 7000V).
6. High-Voltage Rectifier: The high-voltage rectifier converts the AC voltage, after being stepped up by the high-voltage transformer, into DC voltage to supply the anode of the high-frequency heat sealing machine's electron tube.
7. Overcurrent Protection Circuit: The overcurrent protection circuit protects the electron tube from overload current.
8. Spark Protection Circuit: The spark protection circuit safeguards the mold. When sparking occurs in the workpiece, the spark protection circuit can react instantly within a hundredth of a second, stopping the high-frequency oscillation immediately.
9. Capacitor: In the high-frequency heat sealing machine, capacitors serve various functions, including bypass capacitors, coupling capacitors, and DC-blocking capacitors.
10. Inductors: In the high-frequency machine, inductors serve various functions, including high-frequency isolation inductors, circuit inductors, and coupling inductors.
