Yingtai: The daily maintenance and care instructions for a pressure sterilization container
1. Daily Tasks:
- Wipe the surface of the sterilizer door and gauges daily.
- Clean the floor of the sterilizer equipment room at least once a day.
- Clean the filter screen at the drain outlet inside the sterilization chamber daily to prevent impurities from entering the vacuum pump during operation.
- Before daily operation, check if the sterilizer door seal is flat, intact, and free from detachment or damage.
- Check the accuracy of the gauges daily. After the sterilizer stops running, ensure the temperature and pressure gauge pointers return to the "0" position. Verify that the print records are intact and that there is sufficient printing paper. Inspect the steam, water, and compressed air pipelines and valves for leaks. Check if the operation indicator lights are functioning properly. If any issues are found with these components, do not use the sterilizer until it has been repaired.
2. Weekly Tasks:
- Clean and wipe the inside of the sterilization chamber thoroughly once a week.
- Inspect and clean the steam pipeline filter once a week, and record the results.
3. Quarterly Tasks:
- Clean the exterior of the sterilization equipment to prevent dust buildup, which can shorten the lifespan of the air filter. Avoid contact between components, wiring, and water. If any parts get wet, dry them before reconnecting the power.
- Check all wiring sockets and connectors for looseness, and tighten them if necessary.
4. Semi-Annual Tasks:
- Clean the surface of the safety valve and inspect it every six months.
5. Annual Tasks:
- Conduct an annual inspection of the sterilizer. Calibrate the safety valve, pressure gauge, and temperature gauge at least once a year, and record and retain the inspection results.
- Replace the air filter regularly and establish a corresponding maintenance schedule.
This routine maintenance ensures the proper functioning and longevity of the pressure sterilization container.
