Working Principle of Yingtai Vacuum Centrifuge Concentrator

Reduced Pressure Evaporation A vacuum centrifuge concentrator uses heating, vacuum, and centrifugal force to evaporate volatile samples. This method is employed for evaporation, drying, and purification, particularly for rapid concentration. It operates by lowering the boiling point and evaporation temperature of the sample through vacuum, allowing evaporation to occur at a lower temperature without freezing the specimen.

The additional centrifugal force generated by rotation prevents bumping and alters the liquid level within the test tube, thus increasing the evaporation surface.

The applied heat enhances the evaporation rate without overheating the sample under vacuum.

 - Vacuum: Reduces the boiling point of the sample by lowering the vacuum level.

 - Heating: Increases the evaporation rate of the sample.

 - Centrifugal Force: Counteracts the suction force generated by the vacuum and also induces mild separation effects.
